(1) Power on

When starting the machine for the second time, a reference time should be set through the reference time setting button, and the defrosting time should be set by the defrosting time setting button. If manual defrosting is required, first press the manual defrosting button. After hearing the peak sound, press the quick refrigeration button to defrost the freezing table. Press the box temperature setting button to defrost the box. To close, just press it again in this order.

(2) Slice

The thickness of the slice can be adjusted by using the thickness adjusting knob, and the slice angle should be adjusted when installing the blade.

Before slicing, the sample should be cooled thoroughly, and then put on the slicer, the sample should be close to the knife edge, and the plane should be adjusted. After that, press the button to slice. The cut sample should enter the gap between the anti roll plate and the blade, take it out and observe the staining.

2. Precautions

(1) If you want to prevent the slicer parameters from being changed, you can lock the keyboard through the keyboard lock button on the control panel. Press the button for about 5 seconds. When two points in the time window stop flashing, it means that the keyboard has been locked. The method of unlocking is the same as above.

(2) Before the slicer is turned on again, check whether there is water in the slicer. If so, it should be cleaned before starting up.

(3) Its temperature can be adjusted to below zero for long time if the slicer is used at night.
